The restaurant at Petit Hotel Confidentiel
A culinary melting pot and hushed ambience: Petit Hôtel Confidentiel reserves the surprise of a new, stylish and inspiring gourmet address. Save the date of 1st December and be among the first to enjoy a multitude of flavours…
It has been much-awaited by guests, travelling gourmets and food lovers eager to experience new tastes. With its brand-new restaurant, Petit Hôtel Confidentiel proudly declares its love of the art of living with a cuisine inspired by the world and the delicious home-grown gems of Savoie. Flavours from the region, but also from elsewhere and unexpected combinations. The young chef in charge of the kitchen has honed his skills on the international arena. Totally devoted to his art, he enjoys mixing tradition with nomadism, daring to try new things with a zest of gourmet flare to shake things up. Soft Arctic char, wild mushrooms, local genepi flowers, smoked tea consommé, bone marrow and buckwheat oil: the emotion goes straight to your heart.
For the interior decoration, Petit Hôtel Confidentiel has placed its trust in interior designer, Caroline Lory, a former colleague of designer Philippe Starck and creator of the settings found in Mauro Colagreco’s 3-star Mirazur*** and Anne Sophie Pic’s André restaurant in Valence. A hushed atmosphere, plant-filled niches, rounded seats, a large marble counter and an open kitchen: refinement is a prelude to the elegant gastronomy. With 45 covers inside, 20 on the terrace and its Chef's table at the heart of the action, Petit Hôtel Confidentiel has all it takes for an unforgettable experience. And for desire-fuelled intimacy, the lovers’ table, beneath a beautiful stone arch, provides timeless moments in the shabby chic atmosphere of the wine cellar and its magical bottles.
An instinctive and in the moment cuisine in a sumptuous setting: Petit Hôtel Confidentiel's new restaurant strives for nothing more than pleasure.
